Wolf is a Red heeler with a ear patch and spot behind his eye. Wolf's new name is Leo  he and Bunny will be going home to a 600 acre farm!
Diet: Mama's milk; soy-, corn-, and wheat-free puppy food; raw goat's milk; and raw eggs
Socialization: Puppies will be raised inside and handled daily, so they will be very well-socialized.
Animal Exposure: Parents are working dogs on our farm; puppies will be exposed to chickens, goats, and cats.
Other: Puppies are raised with minimal toxic exposure to allow for optimal, healthy development.
Docking: Docking will only be done if necessary and within the appropriate time frame. With a $25 fee for supplies.

Quantity

A $100 deposit is required to hold a puppy. This deposit is non-refundable, except in the circumstances listed below.

The buyer agrees to use PayPal, cash, or personal checks to pay the $100 deposit. If the buyer uses PayPal, the buyer agrees to pay the 3% PayPal fees. The seller will send the buyer a PayPal invoice to simplify facilitating this transaction if the buyer requests it.

The buyer agrees to email this contract, signed and dated, to the seller's email address above or to mail the contract, signed and dated, to the seller's physical address above.

The buyer and seller agree to meet on the date above and at the location above to complete the sale. In the case that the contract is completed for a puppy that is yet unborn, the pick-up date, time, and location will be left as TBD (To Be Determined) and will be updated once the puppy has been born and a pick-up date, time, and location have been determined. This contract will be updated accordingly and the updated contract will be provided to both parties.

The buyer agrees to pay the balance due at the time of pick-up. This can be paid in cash or with PayPal plus the 3% PayPal fee.

In the case that the buyer does not meet the seller to complete the sale, the puppy will be held under the deposit for two weeks from the originally-scheduled pick-up date. If the buyer has still not met the seller to complete the sale by the two week date, the seller will be free to sell the puppy to another buyer, the deposit will not be refunded to the buyer, and the seller will have no further obligation to provide a puppy to the buyer.

In the case that the seller is unable to sell the puppy due to illness, accident, injury, etc., the buyer will have the option to receive another puppy of the same sex as soon as one is available or receive their $100 deposit back.

All sales are final after the transaction is completed.
