Return Policy
If for some reason, you find yourself unable to provide a good home for the puppy, and determine that you will not be able to keep the puppy, please contact us immediately.  We will take the puppy back and find an appropriate home; however, there will be no refund issued.
Contract Terms
 
A $500 deposit is required to hold a puppy. This deposit is non-refundable, except in the circumstances listed below.
The buyer agrees to use Venmp, PayPal, cash, or personal checks to pay the $500 deposit. If the buyer uses PayPal, the buyer agrees to pay the 3% PayPal fees. The seller will send the buyer a PayPal invoice to simplify facilitating this transaction if the buyer requests it.
The buyer agrees to email this contract, signed and dated, to the seller's email address above or to mail the contract, signed and dated, to the seller's physical address above.
The buyer and seller agree to meet on the date above and at the location above to complete the sale. In the case that the contract is completed for a puppy that is yet unborn, the pick-up date, time, and location will be left as TBD (To Be Determined) and will be updated once the puppy has been born and a pick-up date, time, and location have been determined. This contract will be updated accordingly and the updated contract will be provided to both parties.
The buyer agrees to pay the balance due at the time of pick-up. This can be paid in cash or with PayPal plus the 3% PayPal fee.
In the case that the buyer does not meet the seller to complete the sale, the puppy will be held under the deposit for two weeks from the originally-scheduled pick-up date. If the buyer has still not met the seller to complete the sale by the two week date, the seller will be free to sell the puppy to another buyer, the deposit will not be refunded to the buyer, and the seller will have no further obligation to provide a puppy to the buyer.
In the case that the seller is unable to sell the puppy due to illness, accident, injury, etc., the buyer will have the option to receive another puppy of the same sex as soon as one is available or receive their $500 deposit back.
Puppies come with a 3 day health guarantee from transmitted diseases. Please do not take your puppy on outings, no puppy daycare, dog Parks, or pet stores until fully vaccinated. Responsibility for puppies health is transferred to the puppy parent once puppy is in you care.
$1300 for pet registration 
All sales are final after the transaction is completed.
